Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Follow cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience preferred
