Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the organization and appearance of the store while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
