Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize discrepancies.
  • Adhere to company policies, uphold security and confidentiality standards.
  • Carry out other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
