Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by providing exceptional service, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
