Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, shelves are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
