Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Stock shelves neatly and provide assistance to customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
