Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, contribute to a positive shopping experience, and assist with inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
