Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, carry out merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, adhere to cash policies, and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash register equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
