Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
