Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues to management.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior retail experience a plus.
