Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist! This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.50 per hour. As a key member of the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and stocking responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure secure transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or in a team.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
