Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, such as cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and work both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
