Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a critical member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with team members.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and provide feedback on product quality and inventory.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company standards and procedures.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
  • Capability to use store equipment safely and follow company policies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
