Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are neat and organized.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
