Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Process customer purchases and provide prompt, courteous customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
