Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI, a renowned retail company. As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean shopping environment to ensure a pleasant customer experience.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy according to guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle equipment safely and correctly.
  • Follow company policies and procedures meticulously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
