Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide top-notch customer service.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate any issues to store management.
- Contribute to inventory counts and ensure accuracy in merchandise tracking.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus.
