Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and report any issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and communicate effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
