We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with our team, you will help maintain a clean and organized store while enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering tasks and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
