Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. As a vital member of the team, you will collaborate with other team members and contribute to maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
