Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store remains well-maintained, and assisting with various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and neatly display merchandise.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related aspects.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
