Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
