Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor product accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store organization

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
