Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Success in this role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to company cash policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and tools as needed.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
