Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial part of the store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by assisting with merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts according to guidelines.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
