We are hiring Customer Service Associates to join the Avis Budget Group team. As a vital part of our enterprise, you will directly interact with our customers, ensuring their rental return experience is exceptional. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental cars.
• Greet customers, collect keys, record car details, and input information into our system.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental return process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
