Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Associate to join our team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will engage with customers in various aspects of the rental process at our airport lots, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the rental and return process.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all customer touchpoints.
• Perform tasks such as checking cars or processing rentals efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and willingness to work flexible shifts.
