Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the return of rental cars.
- Meet and greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and damage to vehicles.
- Check-in cars using our computer system while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to work outdoors and during all shifts.
- 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus.
