Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Avis Budget Group team. In this dynamic role, you will interact with customers at our airport lots, assisting them with the rental and return process while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental and return processes.
• Operate handheld devices for information entry.
• Provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints.
• Work in various locations on the rental lot, including exit gates and return areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills: typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various shifts.
