In this full-time position, you will be actively engaged in assisting customers with various aspects of the rental and return process at our airport locations. Responsibilities

• Assist customers during rental and return processes on airport lots.
• Enter and maintain accurate information using handheld devices.
• Provide excellent customer service at all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient rental experience for customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work outdoors and in various shifts.
• Prior retail customer service experience preferred.
