We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Hobby) to join our energetic team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will engage with customers in various aspects of the rental and return process at our airport lots, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with rental and return processes.
- Check cars, enter information, process rentals, and provide assistance at exit gates.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the interaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work outdoors and on various shifts.
