Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our enterprise, you will have the opportunity to assist customers in various stages of the rental and return process at our airport lots, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers during the rental or return process, providing excellent service.
• Perform tasks such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.
• Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and information processing.
• Work outdoors, exhibiting flexibility to accommodate different shifts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with at least 6 months of retail customer service experience.
