Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Avis Budget Group team at O'Hare. As a key member of our enterprise, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive rental experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the return of rental cars by greeting customers, securing keys, recording vehicle details, and checking cars into the system.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns customers may have.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth rental process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
