Job Title: Dental Assistant

Fairview Dental Care is adding to their Hygiene Team and seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join their dynamic practice in Columbia, MO. This full-time position offers a $5000 Sign-on Bonus, Monday-Thursday schedule with NO evenings or weekends, exceptional training, competitive hourly rates, daily bonus opportunities, mentorship, and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide elite clinical care to patients as a valued member of the care team.
• Deliver exceptional lifetime care supported by mentorship and educational programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure patient needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

• Current or soon to be licensed dental hygienist in Missouri.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Proficient in dentistry procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with dental technologies such as Velscope and digital x-rays.
• Strong desire for continued learning and growth in clinical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions periodically.
