Dice Line Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Dice Line Lead to join Cargill's global team in Timberville, VA. As part of the protein and salt business division, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality food products to a diverse customer base. In this position, you will be responsible for various tasks on the production line, including operating machinery, completing paperwork, and ensuring product quality.

Principal Accountabilities

• Rotate through positions such as Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine, Tumbler, and Spice Room.
• Set up and operate various machines and equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork and other duties as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Spanish.
• Familiarity with IPFS and SAP systems.
