Are you a seasoned professional with strong leadership, responsibility, and passion? Join ALDI as a District Manager for the Greater Watertown NY region. In this role, you will oversee multiple stores, lead employees, and drive sales growth for one of the fastest-growing US grocery retailers. You'll assess staffing levels, develop action plans, ensure adherence to merchandising plans, and more. With up to 44 weeks of paid training, you'll be equipped to manage the operations, management, and performance of a multi-million dollar district. This full-time position offers a starting salary of $95,000 with additional benefits and salary increases over the years.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement appropriate store staffing levels.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve operating results.
• Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans.
• Lead, train, and motivate your team to achieve their career objectives.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and advancement of staff.
• Implement and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Stay updated on best practices and communicate relevant changes to leadership.
• Ensure stores' compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of company products/services and human resource management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Available for daily local travel with a company car.
