Job Summary
In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape. Responsibilities
- Customized Solutions: Craft tailored telecom packages for each customer.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest offerings and technological advancements.
- Sales Pitch: Showcase product advantages and address customer concerns.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements effectively.
- Documentation: Ensure precise completion of all paperwork and reports.
- Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with peers to achieve collective goals.
- Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of previous door-to-door selling experience.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, car insurance, and a good driving record.
- Physical Abilities: Sit, stand, and walk as required.
- Full-time availability.
