Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets and quotas.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of door-to-door selling experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in computer and technical skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work full-time.
