Echocardiographer - Cardiac Sonographer - Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is currently looking for a skilled Echocardiographer/Cardiac Sonographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various cardiac ultrasonographic procedures using high frequency ultrasonic waves under the supervision of the Director of Cardiology. You will work within the scope of Cardiology Services and hospital policies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in line with the hospital's philosophy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Performing highly technical cardiac ultrasonographic procedures.
• Following established protocols and guidelines for cardiac imaging.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper function and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in radiologic technology or related field; RDCS registry preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cardiac ultrasound.
• BLS Training certification required.
