Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Executive Director of Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations to lead a team responsible for the execution of the Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solid tumor clinical development, knowledge of ICH/GCP requirements, and a track record of project success.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational aspects of the late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Assure accuracy of clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Influence development team to enable high-quality clinical trial protocols.
• Mentor staff and build high-performing clinical teams.
• Provide technical expertise for the development of clinical documents and trial conduct.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with 10 years in oncology.
• Strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and business acumen.
• Clinical operations expertise and understanding of clinical trial technology.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Benefits

• Market competitive base pay: $256,000-$384,000.
