Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and schedule Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage by driving performance and achieving financial targets.
- Ensure world-class member experiences through flawless execution of initiatives and programming.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to instructors for their continuous development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, cultivate community connection, and address member concerns promptly and effectively.
