Fitness Studio Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will be responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. You will recruit and train top talent, drive performance to achieve financial targets, ensure world-class member experiences, and support ongoing instructor development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve STUDIO and Group Fitness KPIs.
• Ensure clean, safe, and flawlessly executed STUDIO and Group Fitness rooms and programs.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high teaching standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, motivate, and create a community-focused fitness environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or leadership role.
• Passion for fitness and creating uplifting experiences for members.
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
