Fitness Studio Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness and lead our Group Fitness & Studio team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will drive an inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experience, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage while creating an 'UPLIFT' VASA experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage talent to ensure schedules are staffed effectively for club traffic and member engagement.
• Work with the General Manager to analyze business performance and drive results, achieving financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure world-class member experiences by maintaining clean and safe spaces, executing marketing events flawlessly, and providing ongoing training and support to instructors.
• Deliver high-energy classes that motivate, uplift, and create a sense of community among members and guests.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness studio management or group fitness leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and develop talent effectively.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating connections within the fitness community.
• Knowledge of fitness trends, scheduling optimization, and driving business performance through effective class management.
