Job Description
We are hiring a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) at VASA Fitness to create an exceptional fitness experience for our members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, achieving KPIs, and delivering world-class member experiences. As a key member of our team, you will recruit talent, drive performance, manage schedules, and ensure that our fitness spaces are inclusive, on-trend, and motivating.
Responsibilities
- Recruit talent to ensure schedules are staffed appropriately.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage, achieving financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes that create community.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness instruction or management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for fitness and motivating others.
- Certifications in fitness training or related field preferred.
