Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager at Aldi, where you will be a key player in managing store operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising day-to-day activities, developing action plans, training and leading a team, and maintaining high store standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and make recommendations to maintain market position.
- Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product presentation for maximum sales.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, address customer concerns, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in retail management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
- Understanding of budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; management experience preferred.
