Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. You will play a key part in training and developing the team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings.
• Supervise team operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Prior retail experience, with at least 3 years of progressive experience.
• Management experience preferred.
