Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive position.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Previous retail experience required; management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years retail experience.
  • Combination of education and experience considered.
