Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.

- Oversee store operations, including inventory management and customer service.

Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Previous retail experience required; management experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience.
- Combination of education and experience considered.
