Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring overall performance, developing action plans, and identifying training opportunities to support team growth.

Responsibilities

• Work with the direct leader to develop and implement action plans for improved operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and make recommendations for maintaining competitiveness.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies are followed.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
