Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing schedules, optimizing store performance, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and make recommendations to maintain competitiveness.
  • Ensure product quality, merchandising, and proper stock levels.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when needed.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
