Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this key role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities, improving operating results, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. You will play a vital part in developing and growing the team, maintaining store cleanliness, and maximizing sales through effective merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.
